Casa Valor is a brand new, stunning ocean view home with 2 detached guest suites. Offering vistas of Tamarindo Bay, Tamarindo River, Playa Grande and surrounding valleys. This amazing home can comfortably accommodate 20 guests and is ideal for multiple families who want privacy, wedding groups, company retreats and more. Anyone who wants to experience the energy of beautiful Tamarindo beach, restaurants, surf, shopping, amazing tours and much more! Tamarindo beach is just a 5 minute walk away.
This modern two story home and detached suites offer sleek contemporary decor, million dollar ocean views and is located right in the heart of Tamarindo Beach. Floor to ceiling glass sliders open up this home for an ideal indoor/outdoor living space where you’ll feel the refreshing ocean breezes, hear monkeys, tropical birds singing and wildlife all round you. Both first and second floor living spaces have spacious open floor plans, large balconies and patio, tons of windows and offer a truly tropical and luxurious feel. If you’re a surfer, you can check the surf from the balcony (…a surfers wave check dream come true!). The home is also a very short walk from Witches Rock Surf Camp where you can get surf lessons, enjoy the restaurants and rent surfboards. The beach break in Tamarindo is great for all levels.
The Layout
In total, there are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. BBQ grill on the large balcony and a driveway to park your car.
2nd floor living room and kitchen:
The main living room opens up to a large balcony, overlooking the pool and ocean. The 2nd level kitchen is outfitted with high grade appliances and lots of prepping room.
1st floor living room and kitchen:
The kitchen and living room on the main floor is an ideal space for extra guests, or a family with kids/teens who need the separate space or privacy. Everyone has a comfortable living area, while living under the same roof! This is a favorite feature for our guests.
Detached suites:
At the opposite side of the swimming pool, you’ll find the detached 2 bedroom suites and bathrooms. These 2 bedrooms are separate from the main house and offer privacy. The garden and pool divides the detached suites and main home.
Quiet time: We love and respect our neighbors and families that live close by. All vacation rental homes in Tamarindo are in residential areas with neighbors close by. We have a noise curfew at 8:30 pm. We cannot allow noise, loud music after this time or late parties at the house.

You’re centrally located to 5 other must-see beaches. The town is an eclectic mix of tourists, locals and full time foreigners from all over the world. You are sure to make friends here 🙂
Tamarindo is not very big so it’s fun to explore by foot! The beach is an 8 minute walk away. However, a car is convenient and recommended. We can also help you with gold cart rentals which is a great way to travel around town! Your whole vacation experience will be even richer with a set of wheel
